Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which you may cancel your reservation at Walkrik properties. Please read carefully before making a booking.

Standard Cancellation

You may cancel your reservation without penalty up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled check-in time. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before check-in may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to one night's stay.

Non-Refundable Bookings

Some promotional or discounted rates may be marked as non-refundable. In these cases, cancellations are not permitted and the full amount will be charged regardless of whether the guest stays at the property.

Early Departures

If you choose to depart earlier than your confirmed departure date, you may be charged for the full original booking amount unless stated otherwise in the rate plan.

Late Cancellations and No-Shows

If you fail to arrive or cancel your reservation after the designated cancellation window, you will be considered a no-show. A no-show fee equivalent to the full booking amount may apply unless otherwise stated in your rate plan.

Group Bookings

Different cancellation terms may apply to group bookings (more than 5 rooms). Please contact our reservations team for group-specific terms and conditions.

How to Cancel

To cancel a reservation, please contact us through our website or email us at [email protected] with your booking reference number and full name. You will receive a confirmation of your cancellation once it has been processed.

Force Majeure

In the event of natural disasters, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to waive cancellation fees on a case-by-case basis.

Policy Modifications

Walkrik reserves the right to amend this Cancellation Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the revised effective date.
