Reservations and Bookings

By making a reservation with Walkrik, you agree to the following:

  • Reservations are subject to availability and are not confirmed until you receive a confirmation notice from us.
  • Rates quoted are per room per night, unless otherwise specified, and are subject to change without notice until a reservation is confirmed.
  • Special requests made during the reservation process are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.

Check-in and Check-out

Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee, subject to availability. Please contact the hotel directly to arrange for early check-in or late check-out.

Payment

We accept major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Payment policies vary by property and rate plan. Specific payment terms will be provided at the time of booking.

Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that does not interfere with the enjoyment of other guests. Walkrik reserves the right to refuse service or accommodation to any person who, in the opinion of the management, is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or who is incapable of caring for themselves, or whose conduct is disorderly or creates a disturbance.

Property Damage

Guests will be held responsible for any damage to hotel property caused by themselves, their guests, or any person for whom they are responsible. Walkrik reserves the right to charge guests for any repairs, replacement, or special cleaning of property damaged or soiled by the guest.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Walkrik shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your use of or inability to use our website or services;
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein;
  • Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our website;
  • Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our website by any third party;
  • Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through our website.
